The Judicial Conference of the United States recently increased the fee for public access to case information from seven cents (.07) to eight cents (.08) per page, effective January 1, 2005.
On December 8, 2004, the President signed into law the Consolidated Appropriations Act of 2005, which included a provision increasing the civil filing fee by $100.00, to $250.00.
