Criminal Debt Payments

Payments for criminal debt (restitution, fines, and special assessments) can be made in the following ways:

Mail: Check, cashier’s check, or money order to the Omaha office at the following address: U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office, 111 South 18th Plaza, Suite 1152, Omaha, NE 68102. Make payable to Clerk, United States Court.
In Person: Cash, check, cashier’s check, or money order in person in Omaha at the following address: U.S. District Court Clerk’s Office, 111 South 18th Plaza, Suite 1152, Omaha, NE 68102. Make checks and money orders payable to Clerk, United States Court.
