Systems Access Manager (SAM) allows individuals and businesses to conduct business with the federal government. Banking information needed for Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is entered by the vendor in SAM, and payments processed in JIFMS will be issued via EFT using the SAM bank routing and account numbers. Vendors are also encouraged to enroll in the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) service for EFT payment notification.
