Scherer (UN-O), professors of history, and attorney/historian Nick Batter, will discuss the social and political context of the most notable cases of the era. The CLE will conclude with the unveiling of three historic judicial portraits.

From 3:00 to 5:00, Judge Smith Camp will host a reception in the court’s atrium, open to all members of the bar and court staff.
