The court has revised its Bill of Costs Handbook. The revised handbook can be found on the court's website under the Plans and Policies tab > Other Documents > Bill of Costs Handbook: https://www.ned.uscourts.gov/internetDocs/info/taxation-of-costs.pdf.

Changes to the handbook include language permitting taxation of pro hac vice admission fees and updated provisions relating to taxation of deposition transcripts, court reporter fees, and copy costs.

The revised handbook will be effective for bills of costs filed on or after January 1, 2020.
