CM/ECF may not be permitting filers to receive their document "free peek" when they attempt to access the documents from the Notice of Electronic Filing (NEF). Attorneys may still access the documents through PACER, but they will be charged PACER fees. The clerk's office is working with the Administrative Office and PACER Service Center to correct the problem. We will notify you when the problem is resolved.
