By order of Chief United States District Judge Joseph Bataillon, the federal courthouses in Omaha, Lincoln, and North Platte will be closed on December 24, 2007. This closure follows President Bush's decision to close all federal executive agencies and departments on December 24, 2007. The courthouses will reopen on Wednesday, December 26, 2007.
