The Federal Practice Committee will sponsor a continuing legal education seminar on September 27, 2017, entitled “PLAUSIBILITY, PROPORTIONALITY, AND PROFESSIONALISM: PRACTICE REQUIREMENTS UNDER THE CURRENT FEDERAL RULES OF CIVIL PROCEDURE.” The presentation will be held at the University of Nebraska College of Law in Lincoln.
