I am pleased to announce that Creighton University's Werner Institute for Negotiation and Dispute Resolution and the Nebraska Federal Practice Committee are partially underwriting a mediation training program Thursday through Saturday, August 23-25, 2007. The training will be held at the Roman L. Hruska U.S. Courthouse in Omaha. Advance registration for the training is $295; after August 1, registration will be $350. Enrollment is limited to 24 participants.
