In order to encourage attendance at this year's conference, the Nebraska Federal Practice Committee is offering a $250 per-person rebate on the conference registration fee of $375 for the first 25 attorneys who are members of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska who register for the conference and submit proof of their attendance. Attorneys who are interested in the rebate should register for the conference and forward a copy of their registration to Sarah Beringer at sarah_beringer@ned.uscourts.gov. Following the conference, those attorneys should send proof of their attendance to Ms. Beringer. Any questions regarding the Federal Practice Committee or the offer to support practitioners to attend the conference may be directed to Dan Klaus, Chair of the Federal Practice Committee, for the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

The Honorable Brett M. Kavanaugh, Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States, will address the conference, along with many other distinguished speakers. The event also features many receptions and organized meals that will give participants the opportunity to meet and socialize with fellow federal court practitioners along with members of the Eighth Circuit federal bench.
