The judges of the Eighth Circuit courts, including District of Nebraska Chief Judge Robert Rossiter, invite you to join them July 12-14, 2023 at the Radisson Blu Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. In order to encourage attendance at this year's conference, the Nebraska Federal Practice Committee is offering a $250 per-person rebate on the conference registration fee of $425 for the first 10 attorneys who are members of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska who register for the conference and submit proof of their attendance. Attorneys who are interested in the rebate should register for the conference and forward a copy of their registration to Marissa Ortiz at Marissa_ortiz@ned.uscourts.gov. Following the conference, those attorneys should send proof of their attendance to Ms. Ortiz. Any questions regarding the Federal Practice Committee or the offer to support practitioners to attend the conference may be directed to Allison Balus, Chair of the Federal Practice Committee, for the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.
