By order of Chief United States District Judge Joseph Bataillon, the federal courthouses in Omaha, Lincoln, and North Platte will be closed on December 26, 2008. This closure follows President Bush's decision to close all federal executive agencies and departments on December 26, 2008. The courthouses will reopen on Monday, December 29, 2008.
