The U.S. District and Bankruptcy Courts will be closed in Omaha, Lincoln, and North Platte on Friday, December 26, 2003. Attorneys may file pleadings via the Case Management/Electronic Case Files Systems (CM/ECF) for the District (https://ecf.ned.uscourts.gov/) and Bankruptcy (https://ecf.neb.uscourts.gov/) Courts on the 26th as the CM/ECF Systems will be operational.
