The Nebraska Federal Practice Committee will cover travel and attendance costs for all FPC members who attend. For non-members, the Committee is offering a $250 per-person rebate on the conference registration fee of $425 for the first 10 attorneys who are members of the bar of the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska who register for the conference and submit proof of their attendance. Attorneys who are interested in the rebate should register for the conference and forward a copy of their registration to Marissa McWilliams at Marissa_McWilliams@ned.uscourts.gov. Following the conference, those attorneys should send proof of their attendance to Ms. McWilliams.
