  • Have mediated numerous EEOC cases filed under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Equal Pay Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and the Civil Rights Act of 1991.
  • Mediated cases of alleged discrimination based on age, race, color, religion, sex, or national origin. Mediated with an 85% settlement rate. 1999 - 8 cases, 2000 - 8 cases, 2001 - 6 cases, 2002 - 8 cases, 2003 - 12 cases, 2004 - 4 cases, 2005 - 9 cases
  • 1998-2005 Mediated 55 completed parenting plans covering custody and visitation for divorcing couples with children in Douglas County. 100% completion rate.
  • 1996-2005 Mediation 12 special education mediations in Omaha Public Schools, Bellevue Public Schools, Millard Public Schools, and Westside Public Schools prior to filing suit under Fed. R. 51. 80% settlement rate.
  • 1997-1998 mediated 5 Victim Offender Restitution Program cases funded through a federal grant. 100% settlement rate.
  • 2006 - September 2010: Mediated 182 parenting plans covering custody and parenting time for divorcing couples with children in Douglas, Sarpy, and Washington counties, in Nebraska.
  • Since 2005 mediated 46 cases filed with the EEOC under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Equal Pay Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, Rehabilitation Act of 1973, Title I of the Americans With Disabilities Act, and the Civil Rights Act .
  • These 46 cases alleged discrimination based on age, race, religion, sex, national origin, and/or physical disability. 95% full resolution was achieved through mediation.
  • Since Ms. Moshman's last approval in September 2010, she has mediated the following number of cases:  2010 - 54 cases; 2011 - 32 cases; 2012 - 37 cases; 2013 - 30 cases; 2014 - 32 cases; and 2015 - 21 to date.  All cases were domestic relations cases mediated pursuant to Rule 4-3 of the rules of the District Court of the Fourth Judicial District, and the Parenting Act, Revised Stat. Sections 43-2920 to 43-2943 (2011).  These cases represent completed mediated parenting plans covering custody and parenting time for divorced couples with children in Douglas, Sarpy, and Washington Counties in Nebraska.
