There is free parking around the building on the street and a free lot south of the building at the corner of Bailey Avenue and 2nd Street.

General Information
The North Platte Federal Building (U.S. Courthouse) is located at 300 East 3rd Street, North Platte, Nebraska. This is a 38 year-old 3-story masonry building with a partial basement. A single story addition was constructed on the rear of the building in 1969. The building’s exterior façade consists primarily of cast concrete and cast aggregate panels, and face brick along the rear additions. The original single pane windows were replaced in 1992 with double, fixed pane windows. This building has approximately 72,870 gross square feet of space. The Social Security Administration is the building’s main tenant.

This facility is owned by the people of the United States and operated by the General Services Administration (GSA).
