There are parking meters on the street around the building and a free visitors area in the parking garage south of the building (entrance is off N Street). Visitors using the parking garage must complete the sign-in sheet inside the building with their name and vehicle license number.

General Information
The Robert V. Denney Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, located at 100 Centennial Mall North, Lincoln, Nebraska, was constructed in 1974. It is a 5-story steel structure with exterior finishes of white terrazzo panels on the ground level, and cut limestone as the finish for the second through fifth floors. The building has 508,817 gross square feet of space. It houses several diverse agencies including the lead agency, the U. S. Department of Agriculture’s Natural Resources Conservation Service. GSA acquired this building in 1975 through purchase contract, which was paid in full in November 2000. A parking garage for the building is located across the street and South of the building. It is a 2-story concrete structure with exterior finishes to match the building.

This facility is owned by the people of the United States and operated by the General Services Administration (GSA).
