eJuror is experiencing issues at this time which include: login fails to load completely, buttons are missing, eJuror freezes on a question, or the questionnaire starts over. It is recommended that individuals clear their browser cache and cookies and try again. If problems continue online with eJuror, complete and return the paper forms mailed as follows:

• Individuals summoned for November 4-29 will be mailed paper forms the week of September 23;
• Individuals summoned for October 7-November 1 were mailed paper forms the week of August 26.
