     Until otherwise ordered, jurors summoned and qualified
pursuant to the Modified Plan for Random Jury Selection (the Plan)
dated September 10, 1997, as hereafter amended from time to time,
shall be summoned and qualified in a single procedure, all as set
out in paragraph 12 of the Plan.  The Clerk of the Court is
directed to implement and execute the Plan accordingly, and non-
court personnel are authorized to assist the clerk in performance
of the clerk's functions under the Plan.
