         ORDER FIXING TRIAL SESSIONS FOR CALENDAR YEAR 1997




                        OMAHA AND LINCOLN

Combined jury and non-jury sessions will be held each month
during the calendar year 1997 in Omaha, Nebraska, by Chief Judge
William G. Cambridge, Judge Thomas M. Shanahan, and Senior Judge
Lyle E. Strom; and in Lincoln, Nebraska, by Judge Richard G. Kopf
and Senior Judge Warren K. Urbom.

                           NORTH PLATTE

Combined jury and non-jury sessions of two weeks duration will be
held in the months of May, 1997, and October, 1997, in North
Platte, Nebraska, as follows:

     May 12 through May 23, 1997 - Judge Thomas M. Shanahan

     October 6 through October 17, 1997, - Sr. Judge Lyle E.      
     Strom
