LSI Staffing is seeking an energetic and dependable Housekeeper for one of the premier country clubs in NE. You will be responsible for vacuuming, cleaning a men's locker room (toilets, mirrors, sinks, showers), dusting, cleaning of chandeliers, and some laundry on occasion. A background check and drug screen will be required. This is a long-term position and will have you Sunday, Tuesday and Wednesday 7:30AM-3:30PM. You must be able to work all holidays except Christmas and New Year's.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Responsible for oversight of the baked goods requested for all food and beverage outlets. Ensure beautiful and superior quality baked goods in addition to assisting the maintenance of setting up food production and quality control of all meat, fish, fowl, sauces, stocks, seasonings, and other food items prepared in a specific station.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Assist in Organizing and cleaning pastry preparation and pantry areas as to maintaining established par stocks, prep levels, efficient production, appearance and health code standards.
2. Assist in ensuring all food preparation supplies are properly ordered, received, handled and stored.
3. Assist wherever needed in any of the food preparation outlets to ensure timely and smooth quality service.
4. Maintain communication with Exec. Chef, Chef de Cuisine, F & B Coordinator, Catering and Restaurant Management concerning upcoming events and special projects.
5. Develop positive working relations with all other departments.
6. Maintain consistency of product with great attention to food quality, taste and presentation.
7. Aid in the concept, creativity, revision and implementation of all menus.
8. Set the example as it relates to speed, cleanliness and accuracy.
9. Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers, and management.
10. Perform additional duties as requested by the Executive Chef and/or the Chef de Cuisine.
11. Maintain high standards of dress and personal hygiene.
12. Always project a positive attitude; embrace and support the resort's guidelines and procedures.
13. Prepare all station specific food items according to standard recipes and/or as specified on guest check to ensure consistency of product to the guest. Visually inspect, select and use only food items ideal for the preparation of menu items.
14. Check and control the proper storage of product (stocks and sauces needing special attention), and portion control size.
15. Keep all refrigeration, storage and working areas in clean working condition to comply with Health Department regulations.
16. Ensure all equipment in working areas is clean and sanitized and in proper working condition.
17. Prepare requisition for supplies and food items for production in the workstation. Read and employ math skills to appropriately prepare item according to recipes.
18. Maintain high quality level of food production and presentation.
19. Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and personal hygiene.
20. Responsible for set up station, breakdown, and all necessary advance prep.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Sufficient manual dexterity of hand in order to use all kitchen equipment, i.e., knives, spoons, spatulas, tongs, slicers, etc.
2. Lifting, pushing, or pulling weights up to 100 pounds.
3. Standing for long periods.
4. Working in specified work area with high levels of noise and frequent interruptions.
5. Ability to perform duties within extreme temperature ranges.
6. Any combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
7. High school diploma preferred.
8. Pastry or Baking Apprenticeship program preferred.
9. Pastry or Baking experience preferred.
10. Ability to obtain any local, state or federal license or certification for sanitation, liquor service, or food service certification.
11. Must be detail oriented and work independently.

POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide clean and properly stocked guest rooms in a timely manner to meet established standards of quality, service and cleanliness.

1. Clean up to 32 credits per day during a maximum 8 hour shift.

1. Must be able to use all cleaning equipment and materials.
2. Must have a flexible work schedule and the ability to work under pressure.
3. Physical stamina to complete repetitive manual labor tasks.
4. Must be able to push properly loaded room attendant cart on wheels weighing over 230 lbs.
