POSITION PURPOSE:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepare trays and deliver products to rooms.
2. Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
3. Maintain complete guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
4. Check floors to ensure all trays and carts are retrieved.
5. Return room service equipment from guest floors/public areas of hotel to appropriate dish room areas in order to keep public areas presentable.
6. Sort and clean tables and trays so that equipment is available for future orders.
7. Prepare and deliver guest amenities.
8. Keep room services areas clean.
9. Order and maintain food supplies.
10. Perform side work (open, close and shift maintenance duties).
11. Pick up clean linen from Banquets and return dirty linen to shipping dock.
12. Distribute proper change and maintain cash orders.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of the appropriate food and beverage preparations and service standards.
2. Limited knowledge of beverages and wines.
3. Knowledge of all menu items and accompaniments.
4. Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate preparation methods. 5. Ability to comprehend written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel.
6. Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
7. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs.
8. Knowledge of local attractions.
9. Knowledge of proper etiquette and manners.
10. Ability to multi-task.
11. Ability to work among a team atmosphere as well as alone.
12. Ability to perform duties in strict time parameters.
13. Ability to maintain service standards.
14. Holding a Food Safety Card and TIPS card is preferred.
15. Able to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

POSITION PURPOSE:
Applies coats of paint, varnish, stain, enamels or lacquer to decorate and protect interior and exterior surfaces, trimmings and fixtures of the hotel, using paintbrushes, rollers, scrapers and blowtorches.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Perform daily shift reports.
2. Document all calls in the Engineer's log.
3. Monitor and close out calls through Guestware.
4. Follow all OSHA standards and procedures.
5. Maintain interior and exterior of building.
6. Promote excellent guest/associate rapport by reacting promptly, efficiently and courteously to all guests and associate requests.
7. Smooth surfaces, using sandpaper, wire brushes, or steel wool and removes old paint from surfaces, using paint remover, scrapes, wire brushes and blowtorch, to prepare surfaces for painting.
8. Fills nail holes, cracks and joints with putty plaster or other filler.
9. Selects premixed paints or prepares paint to match specified colors by blending and mixing required proportions of pigment, oil and thinning and drying substances.
10. Paints surfaces using brush, spray gun or paint roller.
11. Simulates wood grain, marble, brick or tile effects.
12. Creates special effects by applying paint with cloth or canvas over floors and furniture to protect them from spattered paint.
13. May perform any or all of the following: Cut stencils and stencil surfaces with lettering or decorations: paint signs on such surfaces as cloth, bulletin boards, etc.
14. Ensure appropriate standards of conduct, hygiene, uniforms and appearance are maintained.
15. Represent the hotel with professionalism and decorum.
16. Attend all required Engineering Department and other meetings.
17. Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
1.High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
2.Previous engineering experience preferred.
3.Trade or vocational school graduate or one year's experience as a painter or 1-3 years as a painter's helper is considered desirable.
4. Must be able to read and interpret documents such as Lockout Tag Out, MSDS, safety awareness information, maintenance instructions and procedural manuals.
5. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests and associates.
6. Must be able to work independently.
7. Must be able to analyze problems, identify course of action and implement solutions.
8. Represent the company in a courteous and well-groomed manner.
9. Must be punched in, in uniform and ready for work as scheduled.
10. Must be able to use and understand hand and power tools.
11. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, lift, grasp, twist and stretch.
12. Must be able to lift, push, pull and/or carry up to 100lbs.
13. Must be flexible with a positive attitude.

POSITION PURPOSE:
To provide food and/or beverage service to include order taking and delivery of menu items in a friendly, courteous, helpful, timely, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Check station before, during, and after shift for proper set-up and cleanliness. Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
2. Greet guest in a friendly and courteous manner and highlight any specials and/or restaurant promotions.
3. Become server certified through steps of service training, which includes recording the details of the order from the guests, repeating the order to the guest to check for accuracy, and utilizing the guest's name as much as possible.
4. Input the order into the Point of Sale computer to inform the kitchen of the specifications.
5. Retrieve order weighing up to 30 lbs. from kitchen, confirm its accuracy, lift and deliver to guest along with appropriate condiments. Abide by all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages.
6. Maintain a positive attitude throughout shift.
7. Work as a team player and assist co-workers as needed.
8. Replenish beverages as necessary and check with guests for overall satisfaction.
9. Market and serve upon request any dessert items or specialty coffees.
10. Present check to guests promptly.
11. Collect payment for check. Thank guest and invite them to return.
12. Responsible for supplementing the bussers in clearing and resetting tables.
13. Perform all assigned side work, including but not limited to replenishing condiments and restocking service areas.
14. Perform any general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products as assigned to adhere to health standards.
15. Maintain self-banking procedures.
16. Perform any other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to maintain standards for service, steps of service and all departmental standards.
2. Must have basic knowledge of food and beverage preparation and service standards and etiquette.
3. Knowledge of the appropriate table settings, silverware, and menu items.
4. Ability to read, write, and speak the English language sufficient to understand menus, special promotions, record orders, and communicate with guests to explain orders.
5. Ability to recite and promote the variety of menu items.
6. Ability to transport large trays weighing up to 30 lbs. through a crowded room on a continuous basis throughout shift.
7. Ability to operate a keyboard and learn Point of Sales procedures to pre-check order and close out the check.
8. Prior food and beverage experience preferred.
9. Prior hospitality or customer service experience required.
10. Cash handling experience preferred.
11. Maintain professional demeanor and maintain cleanliness of uniform.
