Immediate opening for self-starter on our Building Services team. This full-time position will work with a team of technicians to ensure machinery and equipment are performing at a high level. Qualified candidate will possess strong trouble-shooting and preventative maintenance skills. Must be a team player with electrical and mechanical experience. Experience with digital volt meter required. Associates degree or minimum two years experience required. Landscape Laborer
SunCo Grounds Management is looking for a landscape laborer to complete commercial and residential landscape maintenance and installs. Candidates must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record, positive attitude, and work well within a team atmosphere.
Daily tasks include, but are not limited to: Helping in the installation of basic landscape projects or understanding basic installation concepts; Working on maintenance crews (bed clean-ups, trimming, annual planting, & bed maintenance); Understand basic plant installation and watering; Completing project tasks as instructed by Crew Leader, Foreman and/or Division Manager; The ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects over 50lbs.

Experience is always a good thing, but it is not required for the laborer position. We can train the right candidate.

Runner/Busser: Assist servers in clearing away unnecessary plates and glassware. Serving food and drink to guests in a pleasant manner while remaining speedy and efficient. This position requires you to be on your feet and moving quickly. We do not require experience but a willingness to work hard.

Host: As the first and last impression of the restaurant you are tasked with setting the stage and closing the curtain on the guest experience. An outgoing personality that can engage the guest in friendly conversation while escorting them to their table is key. We expect you to cheerfully greet guests, monitor table rotation, answer the phone, manage reservations and in some cases, take-out orders. You will operate a POS (point of sales) Micros system and the wine machine software to generate wine cards for guests. The host is also responsible for communicating to runners/bussers and managers about the status of tables and reservations, ensuring guest satisfaction.

Servers: We are known for our exceptional service and we want to continue with this reputation. We require 2-3 years experience, a positive, flexible, attitude and willingness to work hard. The store/bistro is a large space, so be prepared to get a good workout in every shift. We will make an exception for the experience requirement for the right person. This position requires excellent communicators as the Brix culture and operational function will need to be explained to new guests in addition to possessing the conversational skills necessary to ensure guests have an exceptional experience.
Duties: Greet customers, take food orders, bring food and drinks to the tables, take payment and make change. We expect you to be quick, efficient and friendly. You will need to know about wine and food pairings, understand how each dish is prepared, and be able to make food recommendations to customers. You will operate a POS (point of sales) Micros system and the wine machine software to generate wine cards for guests. Be prepared to also work events as well.

Cashiers: Because of our unique model, cashiers are expected to function much like a host. You are expected to greet the guests and explain the culture and operational aspects of Brix if the guests are coming in for the first time. Not only do we need to be cheerful and engaging, but we need to be clear communicators and possess the ability to multi-task. Cashiers will ring up purchases, assist the guests in selecting and finding product, and communicate with hosts and managers with incoming guests. You will operate a POS (point of sales) Micros system and the wine machine software to generate wine cards for guests.
