Seeking an experienced Housekeeper/Laundry person to clean rooms as well as do the Laundry. Person will also see to the cleaning of the public areas of the Motel. Spanish/English preferred. Please stop by and fill out an application.

Hotel Maintenance Person (Howard Johnson, 3400 NW 12th St)

 



Position involves a 'Jack of all trades' being able to maintain and and repair the various systems in the Hotel: HVAC, Plumbing, Locks, etc. Be able to Start up, maintain and empty the pool. Position is part time working about 10-2 Monday through Friday. It is also possible to be called in on an emergency basis. Experience preferred. Please come in and fill out an application.

Requirements:

Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to:
• Responsible for receiving, storing and shipping merchandise kept in warehouses
• Ensuring the cleanliness and proper stocking of inventory in the work area.
• Proper packing, labeling and tagging of the inventory in the warehouse.
• Efficiently carrying out all orders of the supervisors.
• Coordinating work with fellow workers and other team members.
• Loading and unloading of trucks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery and equipment.
• Maintaining quality in the warehouse and keeping track of all damaged inventory and reporting the same to the supervising authorities

Compensation: 12 per hour, expected to work 45 hours per week. Start time is 7:30 am M-F.

Hours: Full Time

The Holiday Inn Express in Lincoln is looking for housekeepers. We are looking for dependable, team players with a friendly, courteous attitude and great customer service skills! Experienced is not required but is helpful! Part time shifts to 32 hours per week. Must be able to work weekends.
The Housekeeper is responsible for ensuring that standards of room cleanliness are achieved and maintained consistently and for providing the highest level of guest satisfaction in cleanliness and service.
Job Responsibilities include:
• Properly and thoroughly cleaning guest rooms including changing bed linens, sanitizing restrooms, dusting all room surfaces;
• Supplying guest rooms with all amenities and linens and assuring room is set up to procedures;
• Inspecting room linens before placing in rooms and returning any below standard pieces to Housekeeping.
• Attention to detail and constant awareness of safety issues
• Follows through on lost and found items and procedures..
• Keeps work station/cart property stocked and maintains in orderly fashion.
