POSITION PURPOSE:
To greet and assist guests in entering and exiting their vehicles. To transport luggage and packages from guest vehicles to bell carts.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Greet guests and answer inquiries about directions and rooms.
2. Help guests in and out of their vehicle and transport their luggage in and out of their vehicle.
3. Tag luggage for large groups.
4. Load and unload luggage from bell carts.
5. Hail taxis for guests.
6. Remain posted at the front entrance.
7. Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
8. Inspect entryway for cigarettes, trash and debris and clean-up when needed.
9. Remain professional and polite with guests and associates.
10. Responsible for snow removal near entryway (seasonal).
11. Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Prior hospitality or customer service experience preferred.
2. Ability to speak and understand the English language in order to communicate with guests.
3. Ability to stand for extended periods of time in extreme temperature ranges.
4. Ability to understand and follow written and or verbal instructions.
5. Ability to effectively communicate verbally in English.
6. Ability to read English language sufficiently to ascertain information from luggage tags and claim checks to write numbers and names on claim checks and rooming lists.
7. Ability to grasp, lift, and/ or carry or otherwise move packages and boxes and luggage up to 75 lbs. continuously throughout the shift.
8. Ability to stand, walk and continuously perform essential job functions.
9. Sufficient manual dexterity in one hand to be able to load and unload luggage.
10. Must hold a valid Drivers License, be over the age of 18 and have at least two (2) years driving experience.
11. Ability to drive manual and automatic transmission is preferred.

Job Description

We are currently looking to fill the position of in-home, Appliance Service Technician.​  The position includes repairing major home appliances in our customer’s home.​  Product categories to be repaired include:

·         Cooking

·         Microwave Ovens

·         Dishwashers

·         Laundry

·         Refrigeration

 

Requirements 

Prefer 2-3 years prior experience.​

 

Good mechanical skills and communication skills are needed.​ 

 

Experience/​certified in refrigeration recovery helpful.​ 

 

Applicant must posses a valid Nebraska drivers license, good driving record.​

 

Ability to lift 70lbs.​

 

We are a drug free workplace, and do require a pre-employment drug screen and background check.​

 

Hours

Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:30pm.​  This position also requires working rotating Saturdays, 8:00am to 5:00pm.​

4. Service of food and beverages according to standards.
5. Handle guest requests or coordinate additional assistance from supervisor or manager.
6. Communicate frequently with captains, supervisors and managers.
7. Maintain condition and cleanliness of banquet rooms, public areas, and storage areas.
8. Maintain inventory of necessary supplies.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Ability to comprehend and communicate in English in order to provide service as requested by captains, managers and guests.
2. Ability to respond quickly and accurately to guest requests.
3. Ability to handle multiple tasks quickly and efficiently.
4. Ability to lift 30 lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation.
5. Prior hospitality/customer service experience preferred.
6. No experience required.
