POSITION PURPOSE:
To deliver Room Service orders accurately and efficiently in a helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional manner.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Prepare trays and deliver products to rooms.
2. Maintain condition and cleanliness of work area.
3. Maintain complete guest satisfaction by adhering to service standards.
4. Check floors to ensure all trays and carts are retrieved.
5. Return room service equipment from guest floors/public areas of hotel to appropriate dish room areas in order to keep public areas presentable.
6. Sort and clean tables and trays so that equipment is available for future orders.

10. Perform side work (open, close and shift maintenance duties).
11. Pick up clean linen from Banquets and return dirty linen to shipping dock.
12. Distribute proper change and maintain cash orders.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Knowledge of the appropriate food and beverage preparations and service standards.
2. Limited knowledge of beverages and wines.
3. Knowledge of all menu items and accompaniments.
4. Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate preparation methods. 5. Ability to comprehend written product labeling instructions to enable the safe application of products and processes within the hotel.
6. Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items.
7. Ability to grasp, lift and/or carry or otherwise transport up to 50 lbs.
8. Knowledge of local attractions.
9. Knowledge of proper etiquette and manners.
10. Ability to multi-task.
11. Ability to work among a team atmosphere as well as alone.
12. Ability to perform duties in strict time parameters.
13. Ability to maintain service standards.
14. Holding a Food Safety Card and TIPS card is preferred.

POSITION PURPOSE: To maintain the hotel floors and upholstry by clenaing, waxing, and buffing floors, cleaning carpeting, and pre-treating and cleaning the upholstry.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Maintain hotel carpets by cleaning and vacuuming floors, pre-treating stains, operating carpet cleaning machines, and using fans to dry the area.
2. Maintain all hotel floors by sweeping and mopping floors, neutralizing wood floors with chemicals, operating wet vacuum, rinsing the wood floors, applying layers of wax to wood standards, sweeping, mopping, and buffering elevator floors.
3. Maintain upholstered furniture by pre-treating stains with chemicals and operating the cleaning machine
4. Identify hotel floor care needs by conducting weekly walk-through of public spaces and hotel outlets
5. Keep equipment clean and in working order by following manufacturer's instructions and maintenance procedures, changing vacuum cleaner bags, and reporting all needed repairs to Engineering
6. Ensure chemical supply by conducting a weekly inventory of chemicals and supplies
7. Assure completion of work by reporting to work on time, wearing proper attire, following procedures/tasks as directed, and working schedules set by the manager
8. Protect guests and establishment by displaying "wet floor" signs
9. All other duties as assigned

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
1. Must be able to stand and walk 8 hours per shift
2. Must be able to lift 50 pounds to weight height
3. Must be able to push adn pull 75 pounds
4. Some floor care and chemical handling experience is preferred
