| Note: If you download a PDF fillable form, you should "lock" the PDF document after filling it out in order to prevent users from manipulating your information, and also to avoid any later confusion. CM/ECF will prevent users from making permanent changes to the original document, but the form fields will remain active if the document is not locked. To lock your form and save your changes, click on the File menu in Adobe Acrobat, and then select Print. Choose your PDF writer from the Printer Name list. |
