1.   Petition to Enter Guilty Plea.

At the October 26, 2012 meeting, the Judicial Council approved a request to add language to the Petition to Enter Guilty Plea form regarding a defendant's cooperation in the presentence investigation process. The updated Petition to Enter a Guilty forms (English/Spanish and English Only) are available on the court's Web site, http://www.ned.uscourts.gov/forms.

2.   United States Bankruptcy Judges for the District of Minnesota. 

The United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit seeks applications from highly qualified candidates for fourteen-year appointments as United States Bankruptcy Judges for the District of Minnesota. One position is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota; the other is headquartered in St. Paul, Minnesota.
