The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska will remember and honor Circuit Judge Donald R. Ross at a memorial session on Monday, March 24, 2014, at 2:00 p.m. in the Special Proceedings Courtroom of the Roman L. Hruska United States Courthouse in Omaha. We will recall his distinguished military service in World War II, his outstanding career in the Nebraska legal and business communities, his national prominence in the political arena, and his remarkable service as a judge on the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals.
