Please remember that effective December 1, 2016, an amendment to Rule 6(d) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure will take effect, eliminating the additional 3 days for responding to pleadings, motions, and other documents served electronically using the Court’s CM/ECF system. NECivR 6.1(a) has also been amended accordingly. As a result of the amended rules, the time for a response will simply be the time stated in the particular FRCP or local rule governing the response time.
