Notice of Electronic Filing Problems in the District of Nebraska (Amended Message)

Friday, February 1, 2013

The District of Nebraska was experiencing Notice of Electronic (NEF) problems from January 30, 2013, through January 31, 2013, at noon (CST). During this time, attorneys of record and CM/ECF registered pro se litigants were unable to access their free copies of documents from the NEF hyperlink.  The problem has been resolved and, pursuant to PACER policy, attorneys and registered pro se litigants may file a Credit Request Form (http://www.pacer.gov/documents/creditreqform.pdf) if they incurred any PACER charges during this time on documents that should have been free through the NEF.  Attorneys may want to attach the following message from the clerk to any forms they submit to PACER.

If you have any questions about these matters, please contact the clerk's office, 402-661-7350 (Omaha) or 402-437-1900 (Lincoln).

Thank you, United States District Court Clerk's Office.
