Clerk of the United States Supreme Court William K. Suter will be in Omaha on November 15, 2012, to present a "Supreme Court Report." He will discuss recent key decisions by the Supreme Court in the areas of freedom of religion, property rights, criminal law, Second Amendment law, privacy, and immigration. He will also provide a glimpse into the inner workings of the Supreme Court. This public event is sponsored by the United States Army Corps of Engineers, the United States Attorney's Office, and the United States District Court for the District of Nebraska.

This event qualifies for 1.5 hours of CLE credit in Nebraska and Iowa. Mr. Suter's presentation will begin at 1:00 p.m. and take place in the Special Proceedings Courtroom of the Hruska Federal Courthouse, 111 S. 18th Plaza, Omaha, Nebraska. Several local attorneys will be inducted into the United States Supreme Court Bar following the event.
