Miscellaneous Information: 
  • Reimbursement for all travel expenses, including overnight lodging and meals. Use of personal automobile to be reimbursed at $0.345 per mile.
  • Hourly Rate: $140.00 (to be divided by the parties)
  • Admitted to practice law in the state of Colorado October 1987.
  • Additional areas of experience include martial dissolution (property division and child custody), disputes between professionals and organizations, bankruptcy, probate and juvenile.

  • Mediation Facilities: Two conference rooms and two rooms where parties can meet with their counsel privately, all located in downtown Lincoln office.
