Equipment Requirements

• A personal computer running a standard platform such as Windows or Macintosh

• Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional, version 5.0 or higher to convert documents from a word processor format to portable document format (PDF) or a comparable PDF converter

• A PDF-compatible word processor like Microsoft Word or Corel WordPerfect

• Internet access, preferably cable modem or DSL

• Internet service with either Netscape Navigator version 7x or higher or Internet Explorer 6.0

• A scanner or access to a scanner for the creation of electronic papers from documents that are non-computerized
