| 10/15/2007 | Hired a consultant to do an inventory of our courtrooms in Omaha, Lincoln and North Platte. Each courtroom was inspected to determine which parts were past their life cycle, which parts are not manufactured any more, and give us recommendations on updating our courtrooms so all courtrooms are more uniform. | Wayne |

| 06/09/2008 | Submitted the systems design task order to Newcomb & Boyd for 3 Projects. Project #1 upgrade audio in Judge Thalken and Judge Gossett courtrooms Project #2 Infrastructure and monitors in Judge Urbom and Judge Kopf Courtrooms Project #6 Upgrade audio and video in Judge Bataillon Courtroom. Once the Design is finalized, it will be sent out for bid.

| 10/22/2008 | Project #1 and #2: Bid awarded. Waiting on GSA to do infrastructure. Project #3: All parts have been ordered. Need to do wiring in the courtroom before everything can be installed. Project #4 completed. We now have 3 wireless interpreter systems. One in Omaha, one in Lincoln and one smaller set for if we need more then one in either location. Project #5: All Parts have been ordered. Waiting for the computer to arrive.

Project #6: Did walk through of courtroom with consultant and discussed what we would like done in the courtroom. Awaiting his design. Project #7: Pushed back until Project #5 is completed.
